Devotees of Stephenie Meyer’s “Twilight Saga” are breathlessly awaiting the November 21, 2008 premier of Twilight (PG-13), Summit Entertainment’s film adaptation of the sequence’s first book (Little, Brown, 2005). Kristen Stewart stars as Bella Swan, a thoughtful 17-year-old who moves from sunny Arizona to the small, rain-drenched town of Forks, Washington, to live with her father (Billy Burke). At school, she is mesmerized by a mysterious and physically dazzling classmate, Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson). Though he at first tries to push her away, their mutual attraction is undeniable, and romance blossoms.
